How will I receive my order and how long will it take?

You will receive an instant confirmation email containing the link to download your order. If you have not received your email, please checked your junk or contact us.
Why am I no longer able to download my files?

Download links may expire after 30 days, please contact us with your order confirmation to get a new link sent instantly to your inbox.
Can you send physical copies?

The papers can be downloaded immediately after purchasing via the link in your email, so you can print and use them straight away. We don’t send physical copies.
How do I print the papers?

You can typically print the files right after opening the download link in your browser. If you encounter any problems, just save the file to your computer and open it with a standard PDF reader to print.
Do you offer refunds?

Since our products are digital, they cannot be returned or refunded after they have been accessed, as there is no way to facilitate a return.
I have received the wrong papers in my order, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong products, or if any are missing from your order, please contact us, quoting your order number and the item(s) incorrectly supplied, and we will assist you.
